Sponsorship is essential to the success of our club, and we are currently looking for new sponsors to help us continue to provide the best possible experience for our members.

There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available, to suit all budgets and needs.

Some of the benefits in sponsoring NCC include;

🟡 Reach a new and engaged audience: We have a strong social media presence and a large and loyal supporter base.

⚫️ Promote your brand: Your logo and branding will be displayed on our website, social media, and club events.

🟡Support your local community: We are a not-for-profit organisation, and all sponsorship revenue goes directly towards supporting our club and its members.

As some of you may know already, the club was broken into yesterday with a number of items taken that we rely on - such as the scoring and sales iPads, the cameras used for game live streams, cash and merchandise.  💔😞

Definitely not the best thing to wake up to on Sunday morning!

If we were to find a positive in this situation, it is that we have had a number of people put their hand up and provide assistance.  One such company that did just that is Star Insurance Solutions.  These legends heard what happened and were quick to put their hand up, donating $1000 to us today to go towards the replacement of the stolen gear 🙏🙌

On behalf of the NCC family, we can not thank you guys and gals enough for this donation, and very much appreciate your support at this time in need.

For those that don't know who Star Insurance Solutions are, these legends are an independently owned and internationally supported Insurance & Risk Management firm that takes a proactive approach to Insurance and Risk management.  They understand that navigating the complex world of insurance can be overwhelming and are well placed to simplify the process and provide personalized solutions tailored to your unique needs.

With years of experience in the industry, the team of expert insurance brokers are committed to finding you the best coverage at competitive rates. So if you are looking around, definitely reach out to the team!

We may have been put on the backfoot by all this, but rest assured, the tigers will continue to push forward 💛🖤🐯

Fundraising Event - Volunteers  needed 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

Our annual fundraising event is back for 2023!  We are once again helping out the Darwin Symphony Orchestra with setup and clean up duties at this years "Rhythm of the 90's" show.

We have always had great numbers put their hand up and help out and are looking for that again in 2023.  🟡⚫🐯

📅 Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th June

📌 Darwin Botanic Gardens Amphitheatre

Like last year, we are again seeking volunteers to help with setting up Friday morning by painting lines (min of 4-6 people required) and Saturday night before and after the show to conduct clean-up duties, collect rubbish and gather 10c recyclables (lots of people - more volunteers will make the work go quicker).

The DSO always put on a good show so why not come along bring a rug and watch the concert (gold coin donation.

If you are available to help at any of the above days, please contact John Tate at johntate102@gmail.com or 0419844668.

We appreciate any assistance🙏🐯

This weekend we enter into the 2-day fixture for the First and Second XI teams.  We also welcome a couple new players into the fold, with Harrish Kannan and Hanno Jacobs joining the mighty tigers! 🐯🏏

Harrish Kannan is a top order bat and left arm orthodox bowler from Melbourne.  Another player coming to the tigers with a lot of runs in premier grade under his belt, and one keen to show what he can do.

Hanno Jacobs is from Sydney, Western Suburbs and will come on to boost up our bowling stocks.   Hanno is right arm quick that doesn’t mind spending some time with bat in hand wither. Played 2nd XI for NSW/ACT with Caelan and Blake recently and looking to make his mark up here.

Welcome lads to the yellow and black!🟡⚫

Congratulations to our First XI and Second XI teams on winning the 2023 One Day Grand Finals.

Huge effort from the guys and reward for effort.

Call out to all Wives, Girlfriends, Mothers, Daughters, Sisters, Aunties and Grandmothers of NCC!  🟡⚫

NCC would like to extend an invitation to you all to come down to Nightcliff Oval this Saturday to watch a bit of cricket, have a Wine/Champaign (or soft drink) and connect with the rest of our lovely Ladies at our 2023 Ladies Day.  🥂🍾

Only obligation is to have a good day out!

📅 Saturday, 13th May

⏱ From 12pm

 📌Nightcliff Cricket Oval / Canteen

Look forward to seeing you all there. 🐯

NCC would like to announce Zita Varatharajan as the Women's XI skipper for season 2023!

This is Zita second season with NCC.  We are looking forward to see Zita take her game to the next level.

On behalf of NCC, we would like to send our congratulations to Zita and wish her best of luck for the season ahead. 💪🐯

In another player announcement, we would like to welcome Douwtjie Hoogenboezem and James Doherty to the Den for 2023. 🐯🏏

DJ needs no introduction. We all saw what he can do with the willow in hand, breaking our 3 decade old batting record in 2022 scoring an unbeaten 277 in the seconds. He returns to the tigers in 2023 with plenty of runs under his belt looking to make his mark in Premier Grade.

James comes to us via Melbourne club Footscray, where he played in a very strong seconds side.  Another player who has scored plenty of runs this past season, finishing as the highest run scorer in 2nd grade comp in Melbourne. A consistent performer in the middle, with a bright future ahead of him.

Welcome again to both of you. We look forward to watching you out in the middle scoring plenty of runs for the yellow and black.🟡⚫
