A long-time NCC player himself, Marto bleeds black and yellow and is incredibly passionate about the Tigers. He's determined to see our club achieve great things, and we know he's the right person to lead us forward.

Marto is committed to building on the player development progress of recent years, with a particular focus on nurturing our talented youth. He believes in fostering a strong club culture and creating an environment where every player can thrive.
