A Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Nightcliff Cricket Club Inc will be held on Wednesday 13 February 2019 at the Nightcliff Sports Club Meeting Room at 6.30pm. The SGM is required to consider and approve the audited 2017/2018 financial accounts of the NCC as the audited accounts were not ready in time to have been approved at the AGM held in November 2018.

The order of business for the SGM will be as follows:

• (a) – the consideration of the accounts and reports of the Committee;
